Chasing tails pet farm is a free range facility for dogs.
Our primary goal is to be the best secondary home for our furry friends.
We take pride business structure and are ever growing, adding new play structures, shade sails, turf and training yards.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Drives new leads and lines of business for all locations utilizing marketing KPIs to reach new customers.
Oversees lead follow-up and meet and greet and lead contact via the front desk team.
Develops front desk team to proactively look for opportunities for up-selling and using dog Evaluations to grow revenue Manages social media posts for all stores and individual media pages with guidance from the Marketing Manager.
Serves as community liaison and builds the brand via grassroots efforts with vets, shelters, local community groups.
Participates in promotional activities or events to promote their location.
Oversees all hiring, onboarding and employee management for their locations, including training compliance.
Maintains optimum staffing levels and labor costs for their assigned location.
Creates and manages the schedule for all location employees.
Monitors the playrooms and knows all dogs in the facility to ensure safety and appropriate daily assignments.
Maintains a clean and safe environment utilizing cleaning protocols to ensure our facilities are the cleanest in the industry, to provide an exceptional experience for our pets and their parents.
Maintain and update cleaning schedule, along with holding themselves and team accountable to the safety and cleaning standards.
Dismisses dogs proactively with ongoing behavior issues and monitors action plans to retain those with minor issues.
Manages groomers and trainers (if applicable) including quality control of work, safety, schedules and client records.
Maintains controllable expenses within budgetary constraints including forecasting, tracking and ordering supplies, minimizing payroll, and actively look for ways to maximize efficiency.
Communicates any concerns or needs to franchise owner proactively and partnering after attempting to resolve issues.
Strives for the highest level of satisfaction for our pets, pet parents, and teams.

As the General Manager, you are responsible to work with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.
Maintains a neat and organized Front Desk team and area at all times.
This includes holding a team to professional clean dress.
Sets the example for the team o the 3 S's (smile, story, and satisfaction) and holds them accountable to internal and external customer service standards.

Manages groomers, trainers, and kennel techs, including quality control of work, safety, schedules, and client records Utilizes training opportunities for the team such as dog injuries, billing issues, or customer complaints Maintains controllable expenses within budgetary constraints including forecasting, tracking and ordering supplies, minimizing payroll, and actively looking for new ways to maximize efficiency Develops team in up-selling and using dog evaluations to grow revenue Communications any concerns or needs to District Manager proactively and partnering after attempting to resolve issues Work with team to assure our Quality of Care sets the standards for dog care Team Management:
Creates staffing schedule and helps monitor daily schedules Maintains optimum staffing and development with all employees Leads by example by coaching all on contributing to a positive team-oriented culture Delivers performance reviews and gives employees positive acknowledgment when due! Help coach the staff Onboard all employees and insure each employee has the correct amount of training Clean and Safe Environment- to ensure our furry friends are always in a safe and clean environment we take pride in working as a team to get all the nitty gritty complete.
Maintain and update cleaning schedule, along with holding themselves and team accountable to the Dogtopia's safety and cleaning standards.
Inventory Management of cleaning, dog and First aid supplies.
Dismisses dogs proactively with ongoing behavior issues and monitors action plans to retain those with minor issues.
